Postpartum Rehab
The postpartum period is a huge shift in life and many are left feeling overwhelmed! Most women only receive one postpartum visit at 6-12 weeks and cleared to return to all activity.
Having a plan for the early postpartum period and beyond can help you to gain the knowledge and strength needed to care for your child(ren), return to exercise and the activities that you love. Women shouldn't have to go through this period without skilled support!
Postpartum pelvic floor therapy can help to:
Reconnect to the deep core and pelvic floor
Manage scars (perineal or c-section)
Evaluate and treat core weakness or diastasis recti concerns
Rehab leaking, pain with sex, hip/low back/groin pain
Assess prolapse and fit a pessary as needed
Develop a plan for return to fitness (and new life routines!)

"I was struggling with low back pain and abdominal weakness postpartum. I worked with Sarah and she helped me alleviate the back pain and gain overall abdominal and pelvic floor strength! She is highly knowledgeable and professional in her field. I highly recommend reaching out if you're prenatal or postpartum!”
